First of all, if you haven’t watch Kong: Skull Island or Godzilla: King of the Monsters recently, rewatch them before you watch this movie! Godzilla vs. Kong is everything you wanted it to be, continuing a great line of movies and packed with action and adventure. It is now available to own on 4K, Blu-ray, digital, and DVD.

I want to say I LOVE this movie. I think they did an amazing job with the storyline – I loved the tribute to the original Godzilla with him attacking Japan. Pretty much from beginning to end, there is either action or a great part of the storyline. Nothing dragged and I didn’t feel like there were unnecessary parts of the movie. We watched this with all of our kids (ages 9-16) and they all enjoyed it. There is very little if any language, nothing as far as sex and nudity. There is a lot of violence between Kong and Godzilla, as well as Mecha Godzilla. There is some characters killed or injured, animals and fictional characters killed and ripped apart, etc. If you are unsure, preview it before you watch it with your kids.

ABOUT GODZILLA VS. KONG

Kong and his protectors undertake a perilous journey to find his true home, and with them is Jia, a young orphaned girl with whom he has formed a unique and powerful bond. But they unexpectedly find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla, cutting a swath of destruction across the globe. Alexander Skarsgård (“Big Little Lies,” “The Little Drummer Girl”), Millie Bobby Brown (“Stranger Things”), Rebecca Hall (“Christine,” “Professor Marston and the Wonder Women”), Brian Tyree Henry (“Joker,” “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”), Shun Oguri (“Weathering with You”), Eiza González (“Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw”), Julian Dennison (“Deadpool 2”), with Kyle Chandler (“Godzilla: King of the Monsters”) and Demián Bichir (“The Nun,” “The Hateful Eight”), star in this epic adventure.
