Thor: The Dark World Review and Red Carpet Premiere
at the El Capitan Theater
My experience at the Delivery Man Red Carpet Premiere broke me in, so when we arrived at the Thor: The Dark World Red Carpet Premiere at the El Capitan Theater it was everything I had pictured BUT more. It was so big. It made just take a step back and say a prayer of thanks that I was able to be part of such a wonderful opportunity and experience!
The whole road was closed off and there were interview stations, cameras flashing, actors and actresses everywhere, and ME! 😀

I was dressed in a stunning red cocktail dress from funfash.com and my sexy pumps from heels.com and I looked red carpet ready. (I also had a black petticoast (from Lindybop.co.uk) on under my dress, and there were so many people that reached down and felt it. Lol).

When we walked onto the red carpet, Chris Hemsworth was on our right talking to the fans and signing memorabilia. I love that – I think it is so neat to see the big movie stars connecting with their fans and giving them their time.

As we got further down the whole right side was one big wall with different posters from the Thor: The Dark World Movie and they were all very cool! On the left side were tons of paparazzi and interview stations.

I saw Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Clark Gregg who plays Phil ( from Marvel Agents of SHIELD and Avengers), Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Debby Ryan, Anthony Hopkins, Jaimie Alexander, and several other awesome people!

We got to meet and interview Jaimie Alexander, Tom Hiddleston, and Zachary Levi before the show. They are all amazing and you will have to check back soon to read about those interviews.
The El Captian Theater is really beautiful and I loved all of the colors! We were up in the Balcony for this movie and it was really cool. We got killer “Thor” 3-d glasses to wear during the movie.
THOR: THE DARK WORLD MOVIE REVIEW:
Thor: The Dark World picks up about 2 years after the first one. Thor is trying to restore peace to the 9 realms and Jane is trying to return to normal life. As you would expect the cinematography is amazing, the actors are amazing and the story line is intense and keeps your attention from beginning to end. There are so many special effects in this movie but they have blended them and worked them in in such a way that they don’t distract or take away from the film but simply make it that much more amazing.

The 3-D version of the film (which we saw) was incredible. While nothing really “popped” out at you, it adds a depth and dimension to the film that makes it that much better. I would recommend seeing it 3-D if you have the chance. Stan Lee makes an appearance in the movie so keep an eye out for that! Also at the end of the movie there are TWO (yes 2) more little clips. It also says that Thor will return – so I am already looking forward to the third one! (which I don’t have any details about yet, but I will let you know as soon as I do. 😉 )
After it was over, on our way out- we got to meet Debby Ryan (from the TV show Jessie)! She is my 9 year old’s favorite actress and so I told Debby about her and got the picture. Then when I got home and showed this picture to my daughter she about started crying. It was really cute.
I got to meet Ray Stevenson (who played Volstagg). He is really funny and super nice!
This is me with Marshall and Gabby! They were two of the reps I worked with and they helped make this whole trip possible! So Thank you Marshall and Gabby for the great and unforgettable experience!

Thor: The Dark World came out in theaters today (November 8) so GO SEE IT! It is the best movie I have ever seen. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
Marvel’s “Thor: The Dark World” continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvel’s “Thor” and “Marvel’s The Avengers,” Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. To defeat an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor sets upon his most dangerous and personal journey yet, forced into an alliance with the treacherous Loki to save not only his people and those he loves…but our universe itself.
