Mallary Hope - Out of My Hands

I love music. It is such an integral part of my life and my family’s. Both of my older girls play instruments. Britney plays the violin and Brooklyn plays the cello. I play the piano and together we have so much fun playing songs that speak to our mind and soul.

Music is powerful

Because of this, we are always looking for new music, and songs that we can sing/play along with and that bring us joy and happiness. Mallary has a beautiful voice that brings out all the levels of emotion with each song. She leaves you feeling thoughtful, hopeful, and looking forward to a better tomorrow.

Mallary Hope - Out of My Hands

When I heard Mallary Hope’s new song “Me” I fell in love. It is such a powerful song and one that I could listen to with my kids. My girls loved the message and how powerful it is. You can get her new debut album Mallary Hope’s debut album “Out of My Hands” tomorrow, April 26th. It is packed with 17 powerful uplifting songs.

Favorite songs

A few of my favorites are “You Will Make A Way”, “Me”, and “Out of My Hands”. It is hard to really pick only a few. It just seems like there are a few songs on every album that seem to stick out and really speak to me. I would love to hear what your favorites are.

“You Will Make a Way”

“You Will Make a Way” talks about how to look up and to be more positive in the face of adversity. When you a door closes, a window opens. With God, all things are possible because he makes a way for us. It is important to remember to always look up and to know that we are not alone.

“Out of My Hands”

“Out of My Hands” is similar in tone and messaging. We have to remember that we don’t have control over everything. When we have done all we can do, we have to step back and remember that it is out of our hands and God will help take care of the rest. Both of these are great songs about keeping our heads up and working hard, relying on God to lift us up.

“Me”

“Me” talks about all of the things we could be, but how strong and beautiful we are when we are just ourselves. In God’s eyes, all I have to be is “me”. It’s ok. Life gets hard, there are so many things to distract us. Make us feel inferior or unhappy. We tend to compare ourselves to others and feel like we are failing. But in reality, we all have challenges. We need to remember that who we are is good enough and God loves us for who we are.

Of course, the whole album is fantastic and I love listening to it all the time while I am working, driving, cleaning, gardening, etc. Another thing I love is that the music is about God, and uplifting to not just me but my family. All my kids love it!
